Add a few small treats or pieces of kibble inside the ball. As your dog chews, rolls, and plays with it, the treats come out over time to keep them interested and busy.

2. What size should I choose for my dog?

Choose the size based on your dog’s mouth size and chewing style. Smaller dogs and medium dogs usually do better with the 5cm or 6cm sizes, while the 7cm size is better for bigger dogs.

3. What treats/food can I put inside?

Small treats, dry kibble, or a small amount of dog-safe peanut butter work best. Use treats or safe foods that fit easily inside and avoid anything too large or too messy.

ChewyPupBall is made from pet-safe, non-toxic rubber designed for everyday chewing and play.

5. Is the ChewyPupBall safe for my pet?

Yes. ChewyPupBall is made for regular use with dogs when used correctly. Always supervise play, choose the right size for your dog, and stop use if the toy becomes damaged.

6. How do I clean the ChewyPupBall?

Wash it with warm water and let it air dry or towel dry before the next use. A small amount of mild soap can be used if needed, as long as it is fully rinsed out.

7. Can my dog damage the ChewyPupBall?

ChewyPupBall is made to be durable, but no dog toy is completely indestructible. Check it regularly for damage and remove it if pieces begin to break off.

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help with the return process.

9. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Shipping times can vary by location and carrier conditions. Tracking information will be sent once your order is processed.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added later.
