We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Returns
To request a return, contact us at returns@chewypupball.com within 14 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please include:
- your order number
- the reason for the return
- clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted if:
- you received the wrong item
- your item arrived damaged during shipping
- there is another valid issue with your order
Non-Eligible Returns
ChewyPupBall is made for chewing and play, but no dog toy is indestructible.
If your dog damages, tears, or destroys the toy after use, the item is not eligible for a refund or return.
We also do not accept returns requested after the 14-day return window.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, contact returns@chewypupball.com within 14 days of delivery and include photo proof so we can review the issue.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unused and in the same condition it was received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
